Mitch is a resident of Grand Turk since 1980, who has logged nearly
10,000 dives on its 7000 foot WALL. Opening Blue Water Divers
in 1983, he started with one boat and an old compressor. Now
celebrating its 25th anniversary, Blue Water Divers has grown to 3
boats, state of the art equipment, a complete retail dive shop and a
full PADI dive training facility. Mitch takes great pride in
still being involved in every aspect of your diving holiday.
Mitch believes in your consummate experience being intimate and
personal over making a fast buck. He is there to answer
questions concerning currents and dive sites, reservation confirmations
for your return trip or performing dive guide and instructor
duties. Diving with Mitch is truly a unique experience
because it combines the right mix of professional safety with a
fun-loving spirit of adventure that makes your trip memorable.
Mitch is also an accomplished musician. His CDs available now!. If you
listen closely, you will often hear Mitch humming a tune and serenading
the sea life, at one with nature - the Dive Master Troubadour.

Monica Bouteiller
Monica
Bouteiller is
from Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. She came to Blue Water Divers to do her
PADI Open Water Referral last April 2005 as part of her 2 week holiday.
She enjoyed diving with Blue Water Divers and Grand Turk’s
island beauty and culture that she has now made Grand Turk her home.
She has logged more than 400 dives since then and is currently working
on her PADI Dive Master Certification.
As
Activity Coordinator, Monica is here to
book accommodations, dive packages, local flights, look after your gear
requirements and answer questions. Her goal is to make your vacation
planning as simple and enjoyable as possible so that when you arrive in
Grand Turk , you can sit back, relax and enjoy your sub aquatic
adventure with Blue Water Divers

Jesse Bueckert
Jesse is from
Vancouver Canada, and has been a PADI Instructor for over 4 years. He has already traveled and
dived in a wide variety of
some great diving destinations, and brings all those years of experience with him to the Blue Water
team. He enjoys his spare time on Grand Turk with avid pursuits of
surfing, and photography. Jesse is a great divemaster as well as
instructor and is always there to lend a hand.

Dan
Oselette
Dan is from Iowa, USA and has been a PADI Instructor
for over 2 years. During that time he has worked in Mexico and Florida
where he was a key staff instructor for student programs. Dan has
a great easy going manner that fits perfectly with the small group
service that is traditional at BWD. Aside from all the hard work Dan
puts in with divers and his work, he is also happy to demonstrate his
quite capable talents in the kitchen as well.....A well fed diver is a
happy diver!!
