Booking Terms and Conditions for Visitors Staying On-Island
All prices are listed in US $ and are per person
All packages are for two tank boat dives
Packages are per person and based on two or more reserved days of diving
Tanks, weights, and weight belt are included
A PADI Instructor or Divemaster will be leading the dives underwater
Diving days booked need not be consecutive
All pre-paid dive packages of 3 days or more include unlimited shore diving on non-cruise ship days
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation
Pre-Paid bookings require full payment 30 days prior to arrival
Customer cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival - full refund less deposit
Customer cancellation 15-29 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% on total amount
Customer cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival forfeits full amount
No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used trips, courses or packages including dives missed due to illness, ear problems, or customer cancellation of any booked dive. No substitutions or transfers.

About booking a dive package...
At Blue Water Divers we pride ourselves in what has kept us in business since 1983, and that is small groups and personal service. When booking a dive package please take a moment to consider the following. Most divers book weeks or even months in advance. That means we are holding space on the boat for you from the time you book, and potentially turning down other business. In a business as small as BWD that can be a very critical situation, as far as numbers of divers and boat space available.

There are several reasons one may miss a reserved day of diving...

- Airline situations can cause delays in the States or even Provo
- A diver may arrive and they are feeling ill or too tired to dive the first day
- Luggage or dive gear was lost or delayed...
- It was too cold and rainy... etc.....

All understandable reasons not to dive, but does not alter the fact that we have reserved your space on the boat, whether you use it or not. Most divers have traveled enough and are aware that is standard practice in the dive industry, but for those who are not, I just like to offer this helpful bit of insight. Please try to understand what a significant impact it can have on a small dive operation.

If you are uncomfortable with that type of arrangement, I have two suggestions...one is to book LESS dive package days than you intend to dive. If all goes well and you wish to add diving days, we will be delighted to do so for you on a space available basis! The other option is to not go on dive package at all, but realize that a non-package dive rate will add up faster than the discounted dive package rate and your diving will be on a space available basis.
