In addition to running Blue Water Divers, Mitch is an accomplished musician.  He has released six albums, five of which were recorded on the island of Grand Turk.  His latest release, Songs from the Beach, came out in April 2010 and is available for purchase on CDBaby.com.

You can see Mitch play on the island of Grand Turk every Wednesday and Sunday night at the Osprey Beach Hotel, and every Friday night at the Salt Raker Inn.  Mitch has been playing these gigs for over 20 years.  Both venues are beachfront hotels that offer a friendly, casual environment.  A place where locals meet tourists, and it is always open mic night.  Mitch is often joined by visiting musicians who jam, creating a unique evening's entertainment.
 
Mitch begins each evening by performing solo.  His songlist includes everything from acoustic instrumentals to classics from the 60's, 70's and 80's, as well as some of Mitch's original songs.  During the second set on both Fridays and Sundays, Mitch is joined by the other members of the High Tide Band.

	Mitch Rolling, Grand Turk's divemaster troubadour Mitch was born and raised in Ames, Iowa, and moved to the island of Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies, in 1980.  He has been performing there, and around the world, ever since.  It is on Grand Turk where Mitch has been running Blue Water Divers, a PADI Five Star Diving Facility, since 1983.  Mitch is grateful for his lifestyle which has allowed him to make friends all over the world.

	The High Tide Band The High Tide band currently features Zeus on the rip saw and Conchy (aka "Conch Boy") on the djembe.  The High Tide band performs extremely unique arrangements of many classic hits in addition to a variety of soca, calypso and reggae songs that are an integral part of the island culture. When the High Tide Band plays, the rum punch and the tempo both kick into high gear and it's "let the FUN begin".  These evenings often invite audience participation and great merriment by both band and audience.
