Manta House



Manta House is located on the beach, just 20 feet from the ocean and right in the heart of things, close to the dive shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment and amenities on Grand Turk.

Manta House offers 3 self contained beach bungalows:

The Jungle Bungalow is a stunning, roomy, sun filled, 1 bedroom suite with African accents.  Private bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee maker toaster, living room, dressing area and private patio with spectacular sunset views over the ocean.
The rate is $1100.00 (+11% government tax) per week / December 1-April 30
$995.00 (+11% government tax) per week / May 1-November 30

The North Bungalow is a spacious, bright, all new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house.
With full kitchen, living/dining room, central a/c, flat screen TV, a garden deck and private patio over-looking the sea.
The rate is $1500.00 (+11% government tax) per week December 1-April 30
or $1300.00 (+11% government tax) per week May 1-November 30

The Guesthouse is a brand new self contained 1, 2 or 3 bedroom (optional) beach bungalow with fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room.  Rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom, while room 3 called The Papaya Suite, features full in suite bath, cathedral ceilings and private deck.  *The rate for all 3 rooms is $2100.00 (+11% government tax) per week December 1-April 30 or $1900.00 (+11% government tax) May 1-November 30.

SINGLE ROOMS
*Room 1 (King room) $910.00 (+11% government tax) per week December 1-April 30 / 115.00 (+11% government tax) May 1-November 30.
*Room 2 (1 full, 1 twin bed) $910.00 (+11% government tax) per week December 1-April 30 / $115.00 (+11% government tax) May 1-November 30.
*The Papaya Suite (Room 3) (King bed/Private in suite bathroom) $1015.00 (+11%) December 1-April 30 / $125.00 (+11%) May 1-November 30.

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, travelers cheques & cash
•Dive packages with Blue Water Divers are available for $75.00 per person per day and include 2 boat dives, all tanks, weights, dive master services and unlimited shore diving. 
• To secure accommodation at Manta House we require a 40% non-refundable deposit.
