Manta House



Located in the town center, just over from the beach, Manta House is a small, quaint and beautifully restored Bermudan style house which has been a prominent feature on Front Street for many years.  The interior décor and atmosphere exudes history and old style Caribbean charm, and the new owners are hoping to make this one of the most popular guesthouses on the Island. With a central beach location, an open garden patio area at the front of the house and a lush private garden to the rear, Manta House is the perfect place to sip a rum punch and watch the sunset at the end of another relaxing day.

Manta House offers a spacious self catering cottage available at the north end of the property.   The cottage has a private bedroom with a/c, en-suite access to the bathroom, spacious lounge and a fully functional separate kitchen.  The cottage has private access to the rear gardens and also comes with a private patio area to the front overlooking the beach.  The cottage is ideal for couples seeking a self catering beach front option which has the benefits of being located in town.  There are further plans in place to renovate a further cottage to the south of the house later this year.   The main house has 3 double rooms – all with king-sized beds, classic furniture and decor, full air-conditioning and cable TV.  The rooms are available on a “Bed and Breakfast” basis, catering for visitors who are traveling on a budget but still require the comfort and friendly atmosphere that a small island hotel can offer.   Until such time that further renovations are made – the 3 rooms in the main house share a large, clean, w/c – en-suite facilities are planned in the very near future.  Children’s Policy: Children up to 10 years of age can reside in their parents/guardians room for no additional charge.  This applies to a maximum of 2 children per room/apartment. Children between 10 and 14 years of age can reside in their parents/guardians room for an additional charge of $ 12.00/per child/per night.  This applies to a maximum of 2 children per room/apartment. For treble occupancy of a double room – there will be an additional charge of $ 20.00/per person/per night. Booking Conditions
• All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, travelers cheques & cash
• Guesthouse double rate based on double occupancy, additional person is $15.00/night
• Bungalow rates based on triple occupancy, additional person is $20.00/night
•Dive packages with Blue Water Divers are available for $70.00 per person per day and include 2 boat dives, all tanks, weights, dive master services and unlimited shore diving. There are 3 great dive operators on Grand Turk.
• To secure accommodation at Manta House we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Connecting Provo-Grand Turk Flights

Connecting Provo-Grand Turk (round-trip) flights, which are booked on behalf of any Customers are booked with the airline which is a separate company. At present, the airlines do not offer any refunds if a cancellation is received – however a ticket held in a Customers name (which is not transferable) is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Therefore in the event of a cancellation, Blue Water Divers is unable to offer any refund for airline tickets, but will issue the tickets to the Customer for use at another time if possible.
