Terms and Conditions Of Bookings:-

A 20% deposit on the hotel/dive package price quoted is payable at time of reservation.
The hotel/dive package balance is payable 30 days prior to arriving on Grand Turk..
Package dives paid for in advance are not refundable if cancelled due to illness (including ear problems), missed travel or if the customer chooses any other reason not to dive on any of our scheduled dive trips. If Blue Water Divers cancels any dive due to bad weather or other reasons beyond our control, we will refund all missed package dives in full.

Refund Policy
Deposits or balance packages are non refundable except in exceptional circumstances when a refund will be subject to an administration fee of $ 100.00/per person.

Connecting Provo-Grand Turk Flights

Connecting Provo-Grand Turk (round-trip) flights, which are booked on behalf of any Customers are booked with the airline which is a separate company. At present, the airlines do not offer any refunds if a cancellation is received – however a ticket held in a Customers name (which is not transferable) is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Therefore in the event of a cancellation, Blue Water Divers is unable to offer any refund for airline tickets, but will issue the tickets to the Customer for use at another time if possible.
