Dive site: Coral Canyon Coral Canyon - Similar to Coral Gardens, this site has no sand in the back reef, and offers amazing hard coral growth. Beginning at 40 feet, you head north and quickly come the a "canyon" that begins and 60 and goes down to 85 feet or so before falling off to a deep wide open sand bed well past 120 feet. It's a great underwater vista! Coming back to the boat along the top shallow back reef are giant coral heads with mushroom undercutting, where nurse sharks are often found sleeping.
